ikki Tucker is a Blogger, Speaker, Personal Financial Strategist and founder of The FIIRM Approach. Nikki Tucker has worked in the finance industry for over 20+ years and as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), she is committed to strategically helping female breadwinners prepare their finances for divorce and confidently maintain their financial security pre and post divorce.
As the founder of The FIIRM Approach, Nikki uses various tools & resources related to budgeting and organization combined with personal support and accountability to help her FIIRM clients.
She has taught financial literacy to children & adults in various programs such as Teach A Child To Save, Banking on Our Future, FDIC Money Smart Program, Each One Teach One Literacy, and Make A Difference – Wisconsin. Her corporate background includes commercial lending, risk management, and client advisory for privately held business owners with annual revenues ranging from $2-100 million.
These experiences have provided Nikki a unique view into the financial challenges faced by people of various backgrounds and prompted her desire to make personal financial education practical and accessible.
Nikki graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University. She received her MBA from Saint Xavier University, cum laude.
